Refund Policy

Returns on Physical Products

We accept returns on products within 30-days from the date of purchase. If you want to return a product, contact us using the form above or email us at support@liftinglaboratory.com and we’ll start the return for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How does return shipping work?

We will provide you with a return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a trackable shipping service or insure it since we can’t always guarantee your shipping services will deliver the parcel. 

When will I receive my refund?

Expect to see a refund appear on your card within a few business days of when your item is received by us. If your return has been delivered to us you can always check the status by reaching out to us using the contact form above.  

Returns on Digital Products

To protect ourselves from fraud we only accept returns on physical goods. If a portion of your order was physical products and you are within the return window of 60 days we can refund this portion of your order. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We warranty all of our products for a year after the date of purchase. Please send a photo of the product in an email to support@liftinglaboratory.com and we’ll send you a new one for free and give you instructions on how to send the defective one to us so we can inspect and improve it.
